This system can quickly remove, separate, and store the floating oil in the water.

Features:

1. Stainless steel or carbon steel can be used according to the water quality, including the filter basket, partition and cover,which are made of the same material as the tank;


2. The floating oil can be collected according to the thickness of the oil layer, and the
wastewater is returned to the system.
3. The collected floating oil has high purity and is easy to recycle and reuse. Avoid the problem of blockage of the oil pipe and the large amount of wastewater in the traditional oil discharge method. It is connected to the floating oil collector with a transparent hose and has flexible placement.
4. It has a good separation effect on floating oil, emulsified oil and partially dissolved oil in the water, with automatic oil discharge, interception of particles in the water, and continuous operation.
5. The equipment does not require high oil content in sewage during operation, and can also adapt to particulate impurities in the water.
6. A large-scale water treatment filter is used, and its internal granular high-efficiency deodorizer, floating oil absorbent and water quality treatment are used.
7. High automation, PLC and touch screen are installed. The equipment can be operatedautomatically with one button, realize online unattended continuous operation.

8. The oil content in the treated water is less than 15ppm, and the particle impurity removal rate is not less than 99%, which can meet the standards for direct discharge and reuse.




Working Principle:

The oily wastewater is pumped into the primary filter by a pump to remove mechanical impurities in the oily wastewater.


Under the action of the pressure difference, wastewater continues to enter the sedimentation separation Tank. Based on the specific gravity difference between water and oil, the oil particles float on the water surface after a certain period of slow flow and collision with the partition.

After that, waste water is processed by the unique multi-stage treatment and separation device adopting the diversion and adsorption technology for reducing the flow rate and adsorbing the oil contents by special oil-absorbing materials. Most of oil contents are automatically separated and collected into the oil collection tank for discharge without any power and additives.


The sewage with few oil contents is then pumped by the water pump into special coalescence separation device to complete the process of demulsification - interception - impact - separation - affinity - coagulation - adsorption - floating, fully separating the oil in the water and completing the purification of the oily wastewater.
