FUOOTECH FT-FL High Velocity Oil Flushing Skid is specially designed for flushing and cleaning the oil system of large-scale equipment. It is used to completely and quickly remove particles, debris, sludge and moisture inside the oil system to ensure safe production and reliable operation of the equipment.
It is mainly used to clean the steam turbine oil system of thermal power and nuclear power, and can also be used for the oil system of large equipment in refinery plant, steel and large ships.

Working Principle :
The oil flushing unit is composed of large flow oil pump, flow regulating valve, filter system, heater, instrument, electrical control cabinet, sampling valve and other parts.When working, the oil hose connects the inlet and outlet of flushing unit with the oil tank of oil system and the inlet main pipe of the pipe system to be flushed to form a temporary circulation system.
The device absorbs oil from the bottom of the oil tank, and enters the oil system through the flow regulating valve, fine oil filter, high-precision oil filter, and heater; The dirt on the inner wall of the pipeline; at the same time, the oil is continuously filtered and purified through the oil filter; the oil temperature is increased (≤70℃) through the stirring action of the heater and the pump, and the oil cooler or the oil cooler in the system can be put into operation after the heating is stopped. Lower the temperature of other cooling devices (20°C~30°C) to achieve variable temperature flushing and increase the flushing effect; at the same time, when the oil temperature reaches 55°C~70°C, start the exhaust fan in the oil system, and with the help of large flow stirring, it can reach the purpose of quickly removing water from oil.
