	The ZYD series double-stage vacuum transformer oil purifier can quickly and deeply effectively remove harmful components such as moisture, gas and impurities in the transformer oil, and improve the insulation performance of the oil. The filtered oil can effectively ensure the safety and normality of power equipment. 

	ZYD vacuum dehydration oil purification system is widely used in oil purification treatment for customers in power supply, power generation, power transmission and transformation, power equipment manufacturing, power engineering, electrical equipment maintenance, power testing, electrical scientific research and other industries. It is especially suitable for in-depth treatment of high-grade transformer oil and ultra-high-grade transformer oil, and can be used for on-site live oil filtering operations in substations above 110KV/220KV/500KV.  

This transformer oil purifier has the functions of vacuum drying, vacuum oil filling, hot oil circulation, etc. It can also be used as a separate vacuum pumping unit to vacuum transformers and power equipment.

Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, maximum remove the particles and impurities.

	

Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.

	

Double-safety liquid level controller, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure machine operating easily and safely.

	

Adopt interlocked protective system, connecting oil discharge pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoids blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

	

Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers and vacuum oil filling for power equipment.

	

Can work online for over 150 hours continuously, high reliable and long time running.
