The transformer oil purifier is a mechanical device that filters solid impurities and moisture in the oil, improves the oil quality, and increases the insulation strength of the transformer oil. It is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises such as power stations, metallurgy, and railways. It is a special equipment for purifying unqualified electrical insulating oil. It can also be used for vacuuming of insulated electrical equipment and vacuum drying of electrical equipment.
Functions:
1) Remove the water in the oil, remove the gas dissolved in the oil, and remove the solid particles in the oil;
2) On-site oil treatment of transformers and vacuum drying of electrical equipment to prolong the life of electrical equipment;
3) On-site thermal oil circulation drying of the transformer;
4) Drain the transformer or vacuum oil the transformer.
Transformer oil purifier equipment working principle:
1. When the oil purifier is working, under the action of the internal and external pressure difference, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet, and large impurities are filtered out. After the oil is heated by multi-stage infrared rays, it enters a special personalized vacuum separator. It first forms a mist and then a thin film, which expands its contact area in the vacuum to hundreds of times. The moisture in the oil is exposed to high heat and high vacuum. , quickly vaporizes under the conditions of large surface area and high pumping speed, and is discharged by the vacuum system;
2. The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, and then cooled again in the cooler. The condensed water is discharged into the reservoir. The gas after two condensations and dehumidification is finally discharged into the atmosphere by the vacuum pump;
3. The dry oil after vacuum evaporation and dehydration in the vacuum separator is raised from negative pressure to positive pressure by the oil transfer pump, and the filtered clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet, completing the entire oil purification process.
